Vineyards located in the foothills of the Yerga and Isasa mountains, with low production, over 50 years old and with a classic glass driving system. Calcareous, stony soils located between 650 and 800 meters above sea level that provide better permeability and aeration and allow wines with more body and color to be obtained.
Manual harvest the first days of October.

Elaboration:
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control between 25ºC - 28ºC for 13 days.
A post-fermentation fermentation is carried out to extract the polyphenols as much as possible. The wine is aged in American oak barrels for 18 months and then rests in the bottle for 24 months until it is refined.
Tasting:
Cherry red color with tile edges, aromas of red fruits with subtle notes of ripeness. The palate is elegant, round and broad.
Consumption:
Operating temperature from 18 ºC to 20 ºC.
Very appropriate to accompany red meats, game, cured cheese and pâtés.
