Elaboration:

The selected grapes are gently pressed after a pre-fermentation maceration. Once settled, the must ferments slowly at an average temperature of 11º C, for 20 days, to later make a batonnage with its own lees for another 2 months and be transferred to oak barrels (a mixture of French and American oak) where it matures. between 4 and 6 months. Finally, once bottled, it is refined in the bottle for 12 months until reaching its fullness.

Tasting:

Pale yellow color with golden hues. On the nose, fruity aromas typical of the Viura variety stand out (among them stone fruits, banana or pear) with a sweet jasmine finish. In the mouth, the wide, honeyed and warm attack stands out, followed by a sensation of freshness, citrus and green apple tones.

Consumption and tasting:

Optimum consumption temperature between 10 and 14 ºC.
